Thank you for choosing me as your photographer! My goal is to make the entire experience from booking to gallery delivery as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review the information below before your session.
Booking & Payment
A $100 Booking Fee is required to reserve your session date and lock in your current package price. The Booking Fee is applied toward your total session cost.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A signed Photography Services Agreement is required to confirm your booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule your session once by providing at least 24 hours' notice, subject to my availability.
If you cancel your session, the Booking Fee is non-refundable.
If I need to reschedule due to illness, severe weather, or another unforeseen circumstance, I'll work with you to find a new date. If we're unable to find a mutually agreeable date, your Booking Fee will be refunded in full.
Weather
Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.
If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography, we'll reschedule your session at no additional charge. The decision will be made together, with the goal of creating the best possible experience and photographs.
Travel
Travel fees may apply depending on your session location.
Additional expenses such as transportation, parking, tolls, permits, certificates of insurance (COIs), or accommodations will always be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed.
Photo Delivery
Your online gallery with high-resolution digital photographs will be delivered within a maximum of 3 weeks after your session. No watermarks.
Each package includes a minimum of 50 professionally edited images per hour of coverage.
Need your gallery sooner? Guaranteed 2-day delivery is available as an optional add-on for 20% of your package price.
Editing Style
Photography is both a technical service and an art form.
My editing style is natural, timeless, and true to life. Every delivered image is individually edited and lightly retouched. Temporary skin imperfections may be removed, while permanent facial features, body shape, and overall appearance are preserved unless otherwise requested.
Image selection, editing, retouching, cropping, and color grading are performed at my artistic discretion. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you're familiar with my portfolio and editing style.
Not every photograph taken during your session will be delivered. I carefully curate the strongest images and remove duplicates, test shots, blinking, and other images that do not meet my quality standards.
Image Usage
I love sharing my work and may use photographs from your session in my portfolio, on my website, social media, advertising, competitions, publications, and other promotional materials.
If you'd prefer to keep your photographs private, simply let me know before your session. I'm always happy to respect your privacy.
Weather

Optional Add-Ons
Studio Rental
Studio rental is not included in package pricing.
I'm happy to photograph your session at any studio of your choice and can also recommend some of my favorite studios and assist with the booking process.
Most studios start at approximately $50 per hour and require a minimum booking of 2 hours.
Express Editing
Guaranteed gallery delivery within 2 days for an additional fee equal to 20% of your package price.
Additional Coverage
Need a little more time? Additional coverage may be available by upgrading to the next available package or at $300 per additional hour, subject to my availability.
